Rather than the traditional cast and send method, Podiatrists simply use our app to scan a patient's feet and fill out the prescription form with any adjustment needed. That's it, GROM takes care of the delivery for you.
GROM takes the scans and prescription that you have made and convert it to a lab-friendly package. We send your prescription to the lab digitally for processing.

What happens once I’ve ‘sent’ my prescription out?
Your orders will be sent to GROM, where we make sure that you've scanned both feet and filled out the prescription. We will do some editing to the files to ensure the format complies with what that labs use. Once everything has been verified, we will send the files out to the lab before the end of the next business day.
Can I make changes to my prescription once it’s sent?
Once GROM has finished with the file adjustment and checks, we will send that out to the labs for fabrication. It is recommended that you contact the labs ASAP to avoid any delays. GROM does not have any influence on the labs' individual policies, labs hold the final authority on orthotics that they produce.
