How long will it take to make my shoes?
We want to make sure your customized sandals are a perfect fit. . After receiving your prescription from the doctor, you can sit back and let us take care of the rest. It will take 2 weeks for us to finish your handmade shoes and prepare them for fitting.
Do you ship outside of Hong Kong?
We currently only deliver to Hong Kong. However, we are working hard to expand to other markets. Please reach out to us if you are looking to get your hands on our shoes and we will work on bringing our services to you.
I've just started wearing the sandals and my feet are sore! What's going on?
It is quite normal that you feel sore for the first few days, it takes a bit to get yourself adjusted. We would suggest wearing them for 2-3 hours a day, and slowly increase that interval. If the pain has not subsided, we recommend you visit your prescribing podiatrist to have him/her take a look
Can you cure my foot ailments?
The short answer is that we can’t cure your ailments.Our sandals provide the support and protection you need for your foot ailment. Our goal is to make sure that you are walking in our shoes comfortably with style. As you know, we make great sandals, but it may not be the ultimate solution for all your foot related problems. Please consult with your podiatrist if problems continue.
Can I change or cancel an order I've placed?
In order to get our products to you ASAP, we start working on them almost immediately, this is why we are unable to change or cancel orders. Even so, we always want to help you as much as possible, so don’t hesitate to contact our support team at email@example.com
What's your return policy?
You may return the product to us within twenty-eight (28) days of receipt for replacement in case of manufacturing defects. The returned Product must be in original packaging, unassembled, and with original tags attached (where applicable) and accompanied by proof of purchase. GROM may at our sole discretion inspect the returned Product to ensure it complies with these requirements of return. Please refer to our website for the detailed return policy.
How can I buy GROM Shoes?
After visiting a podiatrist who’s authorized to sell our shoes, you can order GROM sandals in our webshop. The shoes can bought through credit card or bank transfer,, it’s that easy.
Can I get a refund?
After determining that the product has suffered from manufacturing defects, payment will be reversed or refunded via the same method that payment was originally made. In the event a reversal cannot be done, we will contact you via the contact details provided when you submit your order to determine an agreed refund method.
What if the shoes don't fit?
Our sandals are handmade just for you, even so fitting is a complex matter! That’s why we always advise our customers to visit their podiatrist and check how your feet interact with the sandals. If the shoes don’t fit due to manufacturing defects, we will inform you within two weeks whether shoes will be adjusted or a refund is provided.
What type of shoes do you offer?
We offer handmade orthopedic sandals that are tailored to your medical needs. The shoes are built to be combine casual and comfortable while fitting different social events, such as going to work, walking in the market, meeting friends for drinks, etc.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer EU size 35 to 41. We will be offering more sizes in the near future, so everyone can start experiencing the GROM customized sandal revolution.
How are the shoes made?
After receiving your prescription from the podiatrist, we design and 3d-print the corrective inserts you need. The insert is then handed over to skilled craftsmen in Hong Kong who built your sandals by hand.
What materials are used in the shoes?
GROM sandals are made from a variety of quality materials. Our Talu sandal has a flexible rubber outsole, while the straps and footbed are leather. The 3d-printed part inside the shoe is made from flexible but strong PETG, the same material as soda-bottles. For comfort, the footbed is also padded with 4mm thick foam.
