*Address confirmation - Ever changed your mind about where you want to ship your insoles. Well, we’ve got your back! Now you can change delivery address at a later stage to ensure that your insoles get where they need to go.
* Order confirmation - As you know we are currently not storing patient information in our database for security reasons. We wanted to further minimize this data risk, so we updated our dataflow. Moving forward, when saving an order you will immediately receive an email with your patients’ name and order number. On our end, we immediately replace this full name with initials once this email is sent. No patient identifiers, no worries!
* Prescription form updates - We’ve made a whole host of updates based on your requests. Thanks a bunch! For example, contact, address, and order information is automatically copied to your fresh new order. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
