At GROM we like to think of ourselves as a cool company, that’s our “thang”. Just like our customers, we are hip, surf the web, and text. With our upcoming update, however, we will be able to do so much more. You’ll be able to message us from the app and say “help me GROM, you’re my only hope” and we’ll be the happiest company in sector 7. Why you ask? Because we are able to now use track & trace. Let me give you the rundown of all our new features:
I. Order Statuses
So far you’ve been able to see order whether your orders were pending or submitted. Moving forward, you will have insights into the entire process from prescription to production and delivery. This is possible because GROM has now integrated all parties into its platform.
II. Track & Trace
We have noticed that a fair share of your order inquiries relate to delivery statuses. While we treasure every interaction with users, we are in the business of optimizing your experience. From now on, you can simply tap the tracking button and see exactly where your order is.
Have you ever made inquiries about an order and couldn’t find them in your email or whatsapp? We understand, your first and most important focus is your patients. That’s why we have built a messaging system into our app. Whenever you have an inquiry, open the order page and type your message. It goes straight to your manufacturer and their responses go straight back to your iPad. You’ll never have to search for an inquiry again!
IV. Order view revamp
In light of all these cool new functionalities we’ve decided to upgrade the order viewing page. Our goal was to make all aspects of your order live in one place. Whether it be order inquiries, tracking updates, order statuses all these essential data points are in one place.
