I. Shipment address confirmation
Recently, we’ve seen multiple doctors order insoles to the wrong address. We understand why, sometimes you’re just flooded with patients and miss these details. That’s why we’ve introduced a confirmation page just to be on the safe side.
II. Urgent orders
Our manufacturers have advised us to add an “urgent order” feature. Moving forward, you can now select urgent at the bottom of your prescription form. Your orthotic will be prioritized over your other orders to make sure that your patient gets their device in time.
III. Gender specifications
In line with our company values, our previous update has allowed for mixed gender. We have added an additional question “Born as” with an explanation. This ensures that the ordered insole will have the perfect fit.
IV. Additional orthotics based on previous order
When tapping on an order in the “All Orders” page you can an additional orthotics by selecting “Additional orders”. Here after you can adjust your previous prescription or start blank. Your previous 3D scans will automatically be added to the new order for you.
V. Supporting foam box scanning
We fully understand that not all clinicians prescribe orthotics in the same way. Now you are able to scan feet and/or foam boxes in accordance with your preferences. Simply put the foam box on a flat surface, select the “Scan foam box” option on the starting page, and start scanning.
VI. Small fixes
Several small bugs have been fixed and features have been optimized to further improve your user experience
